The University of Wyoming at Casper has a new podcast! Join Dr. Rochelle Green and Dr. Hugo Da Costa Santos in Leadership for Tomorrow: Starting Now! “Our community is filled with leaders who have invaluable knowledge to share, and the podcast is our way of amplifying these voices,” said Dr. Santos, assistant lecturer for Agribusiness at the University of Wyoming at Casper.
Dr. Santos earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and Master of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of São Paulo, and he earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Animal Science from Colorado State University. Hugo brings enthusiasm and passion to the podcast that will keep listeners engaged and excited.
Dr. Rochelle Green is the director of the Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership program at UW Casper. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Learning, Innovation and Instruction from Walden University. Prior to her career at UW Casper, Dr. Green served in the United States Air Force for almost nine years, earning Personnel Manager of the Year for the entire Air Force. She has held many leadership positions throughout her career, including leading future military officers as a cade physical training leader. Dr. Green’s leadership experience enables her to ask insightful questions and encourages listeners to think from a leader’s perspective.
“My hope is to help share the voices of our amazing leaders right in our own community,” said Dr. Green, “Everyone is a leader in one way or another, and we can help inspire others in their own leadership journeys.”
